Press Release: Pasco School Board Chairman Allen Altman Endorses Ardian Zika for the Florida House of Representatives, District 37


LAND O' LAKES, FL – Today, the Ardian Zika Campaign for the Florida House of Representatives, District 37 announced the endorsement of Pasco School Board Chairman Allen Altman.

Ardian Zika is President & CEO of Guardian Street, LLC., a strategic business advisory practice specializing in small and medium size commercial and industrial middle market companies. Prior to founding the company, Ardian spent 14 years in the banking industry in various leadership roles including serving as Senior Vice President and Vice President. 

Ardian Zika was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to the Florida Council on Homelessness, the Pasco Hernando State College Board of Trustees and the CareerSource Florida Board of Directors. He was selected by the Tampa Bay Business Journal to receive the 40 Under 40 Up and Comer Award. 

Ardian has served on the Pasco Education Foundation Board of Directors, Tampa-Hillsborough Economic Development Council Task Force on International Trade and Foreign Direct Investment, Dade City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Dade City Rotary Club, Trinity & Zephyrhills YMCA Advisory Board of Directors and other community involvements. 

Ardian immigrated to the United States from Kosovo in 1997, leaving behind civil conflict and political turmoil in the war-torn former Yugoslavia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University. While at Louisiana Tech University, Ardian was elected to the Student Senate, served as Student Government Executive Vice-President, Student Senate President, Student Government Supreme Court Chief Justice and Vice-President of the College Republican Club. 

Ardian and his wife, Tasha, have five children and are active members of Idlewild Baptist Church.
